The dough is rolled after the order comes in, and only then does the pizza go into the oven. Coffee is ground by the cup, not in the morning for the whole day.
We work with suppliers we trust and choose the flour, tomatoes, cheeses and coffee carefully. Steady quality, freshness and safety matter to us in every product.
Augusto is the people at the oven and the coffee machine: the same shift bakes the pizza, grinds the coffee and brings it to the table. We watch every detail — from the dough to the minute the order reaches the guest.
Under the same roof as Augusto you will find Unotoro and the Manayoki sushi bar, and the menu is shared: pizza, a burger and rolls go into one order.
The southern locations — Comrat, Cahul and Ceadîr-Lunga — open at 7:30 and work until 22:00: people drop in for breakfast on the way to work. Bd. Mircea cel Bătrân is open 9:00–21:00, while MallDova and Port Mall keep the shopping-centre hours, 10:00–22:00.
Pickup is available at every location and costs nothing extra. In Comrat and Cahul you choose it at checkout, elsewhere — call ahead and the order will be packed by the time you arrive.
